Product warranty clause

Shenzhen Share Technology Co.,Ltd  the sale of the original products to implement a one-year limited warranty system. But only to the company's products sold hardware failures warranty. The company will not be held responsible for any other losses caused by the product failure. 

1. warranty period (based on product configuration list, date of shipment)

The machines sold are homogeneous for three years (except accessories), returned to the factory for repair or replacement. Within three months, except for the quality of products and human factors, the machines will be replaced free of charge;

2, after-sales commitment

1). within the limited warranty period of hardware products, free maintenance; after the warranty expires to provide repair services, charge the corresponding costs;

2). service response time: after receiving user service request;

3, the following circumstances are not included in the warranty

1). the product purchased exceeds warranty period or the product is not covered by warranty;

2)., the warranty affixed with illegible, damaged, torn, altered and so on;

3). improper storage or accidental damage, such as water, fall, extrusion, high temperature (normal use above the prescribed temperature), exposure (excluding outdoor products) damage;

4). signs of man-made damage;

5). in the company's customer service department outside the maintenance, demolition, replacement and reconstruction, resulting in irreparable;

6). damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes, wars, etc..

4, maintenance fees

1). Free warranty within 1 years;

2). years after the sale of fourth of the hardware, the component cost and labor cost are charged;

3)., other service charge standards refer to "company product service charge standard" carry out;

5. Supplementary provisions

1). the entry into force, the performance, the interpretation and the settlement of disputes of this Ordinance shall apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, if not contrary to the laws and regulations of the state;

2). the right of revision and interpretation of this Ordinance shall be owned by the company within the limits permitted by law.
